This is a no-brainer. I am picking third and Larry Johnson and Shaun Alexander are off the board.
2 Chester Taylor RB

17 running backs are off the board already. He should get most of the carries in Minnesota
3 Willis McGahee RB

The Buffalo quarterbacks scare me but at least he isn't a committee running back.
4 Chad Johnson WR

If Carson Palmer wasn't coming off a knee injury Johnson would already be off the board.
5 Hines Ward WR

I like Ward as my number 2. He has scored double digit touchdowns in 2 of the last 3 years.
6 Carson Palmer QB

I hope that he is ready to start week one. I will get another quality starter soon to make sure that I am covered.
7 Andre Johnson WR

The number one receiver in Houston had a great rookie year before a couple of so-so campaigns. If the new coaching staff can find a way to use him more often he could be in the top ten.
8 Frank Gore RB

Gore ran much better then Barlow last year but at this point I just wanted another running back.
9 Mewelde Moore RB

Moore is my handcuff for Chester Taylor.
10 Randy McMichael TE

I have Randy ranked ahead of Cooley and Witten who went the two picks before him.

11 Laveranues Coles WR

Coles had a down year last year but I like his potential if Pennington is healthy.
12 Pittsburgh Defense DT

I have the Steelers ranked number one overall. I was going to go Kicker here but I like three that are still on the board.
13 Shayne Graham KI

Graham is my second ranked kicker. I love having the kicker on the same team as my quarterback so I usually end up with points each trip up the field.
14 Phillip Rivers QB

I like Drew Brees better then Rivers but because Palmer is my other quarterback I needed a guy I knew was going to play week one.
15 Ben Watson TE

New England spreads the ball around too much for me to consider starting Watson on a regular basis but as a bye week starter I like Watson.
16 Brandon Jacobs RB

Jacobs is a goal line back so I am hoping he can punch one in for me when I need a bye week starter.
17 Atlanta Defense DT

Atlanta had a very good defense last year plus they added DE John Abraham from the Jets.
18 Braylon Edwards WR

Edwards is likely to miss the first month of the season but I like his value in round 18. He could end up starting the second half of the season for me.
19 Ryan Longwell KI

Best kicker left on my board.
20 Vernand Morency RB
