This is our weekly feature where we give you our take on the players who you should give special consideration to when you are choosing your starters.

Only players that have particularly good or bad match-ups this week are listed. All unlisted players are considered to be in an average scoring situation.  For a more complete listing of fantasy football player forecasts, check out our Player Performance Projections and Game Focus Predictions features.

Forget About It

Sure Thing - Players you must start on your team

Tony Gonzalez - at New York Jets

Sure Thing StingRay: (A) Gonzalez was a stud last week catching 10 receptions for 137 yards.

Strong Starter - Players you should give strong consideration to starting

Vernon Davis - at Cleveland

Strong Starter Smokin' Joe: (B+) Davis has scored 2 weeks in a row with Hill throwing the ball. He has a great match up with the Browns this week as well.

Chris Cooley - vs. Dallas

Strong Starter CrunchTime: (B) Five out of the last six weeks he's been worth starting. Last week he did it by scoring on his one reception of the day. Like always, he's a bit risky due to his low reception count, but he does have a nose for the end zone and is a top tier fantasy tight end.

Jason Witten - at Washington

Strong Starter CrunchTime: (B) Oddly enough, there's some discussion that they might purposefully feed him the ball to help him break Gonzalez's season catch record. While that seams a little out of character, there definitely seems to be a feeling that Witten will be one of the few typical starters to get a decent amount of playing time.

Kellen Winslow - vs. San Francisco

Strong Starter Smokin' Joe: (B) Winslow is dealing with a knee injury but he is expected to play. If he was 100% healthy I would have ranked him a Sure Thing against the Browns.

Gut Check - Players you should only consider starting if you don't have a better option

Brent Celek - vs. Buffalo

Gut Check Smokin' Joe: (C+) Celek has 5 catches for 85 yards over the last two games starting in place of LJ Smith.

Owen Daniels - vs. Jacksonville

Gut Check Smokin' Joe: (C+) Daniels is averaging about 6 fantasy points per game this season.

Tony Scheffler - vs Minnesota

Gut Check StingRay: (C+ ) Tony shpuld be busy this week against the Vikings.

Zach Miller - vs San Diego

Gut Check StingRay: (C+) Miller caught 3 passes for 27 yards and a touchdown. Good, not but not great.

Alge Crumpler - vs. Seattle

Gut Check CrunchTime: (C) With only 5 receptions in the last three weeks he's definitely not a huge threat. While the trip to the end zone last week was nice, it's not really a sign of things to come as their whole team is basically in a shambles.

Antonio Gates - at Oakland

Gut Check StingRay: (C) Gates used to be an automatic sure thing but only having one reception in 3 out of his last 4 games removes him as the sure thing he used to be.

Billy Miller - at Chicago

Gut Check Smokin' Joe: (C) Miller caught 3 passes for 38 yards after stepping in for an injured Eric Johnson last week. If he gets the start this week he should be productive.

Dallas Clark - vs. Tennessee

Gut Check CrunchTime: (C-) Like most of the other key starters in Indy, Clark is unlikely to see significant playing time. Look somewhere else for production.

Randy McMichael - at Arizona

Gut Check StingRay: (C -) McMichael did have 51 yards receiving last week but he is an afterthought in this offense.

Forget About It - Players you shouldn't even think about starting

Bo Scaife - at Indianapolis

Forget About It CrunchTime: (D+) He really hasn't been much of a threat this season. That holds true for this week as well.

Chris Baker - vs Kansas City

Forget About It StingRay: (D+) Baker should only be used if you are desperate.

Heath Miller - at Baltimore

Forget About It Smokin' Joe: (D+) The Steelers have nothing to play for and Roethlisberger is going to miss the game. I would not start any Steelers.

Ben Watson - at New York Giants

Forget About It CrunchTime: (D) It looks unlikely that he'll go this weekend against the Giants. That's probably not a huge loss since you've probably not been counting on him leading up to this week.

Desmond Clark / Greg Olsen - vs. New Orleans

Forget About It Smokin' Joe: (D) Orton barely threw for 100 yards last week. I cannot recommend starting a committee tight end.

Donald Lee - vs. Detroit

Forget About It Smokin' Joe: (D) The Packer starters are only expected to play the first half. You should look elsewhere.

Marcedes Lewis - at Houston

Forget About It Smokin' Joe: (D) The Jaguars have nothing to gain this week so leave them all on the bench.

Robert Royal - at Philadelphia

Forget About It Smokin' Joe: (D) Since catching 2 touchdowns 3 weeks ago he has 1 catch for 9 yards. He is a little too hot and cold to trust. (Mostly cold.)

Arizona Tight Ends - vs St.Louis

Forget About It StingRay: (F) None are worth starting.

Todd Heap - vs. Pittsburgh

Forget About It Smokin' Joe: (F) Out with an injury.

Visanthe Shiancoe - at Denver

Forget About It StingRay: (F) The Vikings passing game is non existent.
