Freak of the Week - Week 15

The NFLFreaks Salute the True NFL Freaks

CrunchTime - Kurt Warner

He continues to produce down the stretch and did exactly what you need a quarterback to do - exploit the weak match up. After showing he could put up numbers without his studs, Warner showed that with them he's even better.

His 233 yards wasn't the most impressive, but in a week where the big name QB's laid down, you have to love someone who can put up 3 touchdowns.  For those of you that went with him this week, good work.  For Warner, it's a Freak of the Week nod.

The Sandman - Mario Williams

Two years ago the Texans had a choice between Reggie Bush and Mario Williams. The Texans had Domanick Davis, a thousand-plus yard rusher at running back but even still the world said that they couldn’t pass on Bush.

They did and two years later it looks like they made the right decision.  Bush is still struggling while Williams is on his way to the Pro Bowl.  Williams was having a nice year, 9.5 sacks, but this week he went off with 3.5 sacks and 7 tackles. This gives Williams 13 sacks for the year and he is only in his second year.
