of Shame - Week 6
Everybody Knows Your Name
I
don't care who you are; Player, Coach, Broadcaster, Writer, you name it.
You sucked, and we're going to tell you why.

Hindsight
- Kerry Collins
All
right, first off I am aware that he threw for 314 yards and that does
not usually earn someone a nomination for "Punk of the Week".
What
this really is all about is his touchdown to interception ratio
which had a pathetic zero in the TD column and a whopping 4 in the INT
column. That is a killer in leagues where you lose points for
interceptions.
So,
was this a one-week aberration? No my friend, it is a two week
trend. In the month of October Collins has not thrown a touchdown
but he has thrown 7 picks.
Numbers
like that are criminal so welcome to the big house Kerry.

StingRay
- Terrell Owens
Terrell
Owens finished Sunday night’s game against the Seahawks with 4
receptions for 36 yards. Owens dropped 3 balls on Sunday and he is not
living up to the high standards that he has set in previous seasons.
Owen has only scored two touchdowns this season and has had only one
100-yard game and that was in week one.
This
week the 49ers have to face the Tampa Bay defense and in last year’s
playoff meeting Owens was held to 4 receptions for 35 yards. When
you ask for the ball you better catch it! Shame on you for your
poor performance this season.

CrunchTime
- Drew Bledsoe
Bledsoe
may be the most overrated and overpaid quarterback of all time.
The Brady move in New England is starting to make a lot more sense.
Why not take the less expensive of mediocre quarterbacks?
In
week 6 Bledsoe threw for 202 yards, 1 interception and a fumble.
He looks lost and confused, and nothing like the marquee quarterback I
thought he was supposed to be. He has turned into one of the most
inconsistent of quarterbacks, and in the fantasy world that is something
that most teams cannot afford. In weeks 1 - 5 he had two weeks
with fantasy poionts in the high 20's, two in the mid teens, and one in
single digits. This week he barely broke into the double digits.
This kind of play is disgraceful and can ruin any fantasy team. If
you have him, get rid of him. This week, and this season, have
been awful, even with two good performances.
