Hall of Shame - Week 2

Everybody Knows Your Name

I don't care who you are; Player, Coach, Broadcaster, Writer, you name it.  You sucked, and we're going to tell you why.

Another staff favorite, our Hall of Shame picks highlight our individual selections for the worst sports-related performers of the week.

CrunchTime - Marc Bulger

While I understand that it is no longer Martz' "Greatest Show on Turf," a match up against the 49ers should still be worth something. Bulger threw an anemic 19 for 34 and 185 yards. In addition to that, he lost as many fumbles as he threw touchdown passes. I'm pretty sure that's not a sign of greatness.

Apparently he can no longer be considered a marquee quarterback now that he's only compiled 398 passing yards and 1 touchdown in two games.  By the way, that's 2 yards and 2 touchdowns less than Manning had in just one week.

The Sandman - Wali Lundy

All preseason we heard about how good Lundy is and how he fits well into coach Cary Kubiak’s offense. He was touted as a Denver-style running back, where Houston head coach Kubiak was the offensive coordinator.

Everything pointed towards him doing well when Domanick Davis was declared out for the season but so far he has done nothing, 17 carries for 57 yards. The Texans traded for Samkon Gado so Lundy’s days as the starter are potentially over.

In the long run Lundy was a wasted draft pick by his owners, including me.
